When she starts attacking I unleash my most powerful Aoe spells with my casters (priest, druid and Wizard) and proceed with a mix of buffs/debuffs. Once that's done I initiate combat with the drake who is on her side (to the west, my party to the south, my tank to the north with few summons spread about). I then position them in a circle around her and bring my tank around in back of her while keeping my party on the opposite side. The Horn and shadow figurines and then the wizard spell Essential Phantom (Awesome and poweful spell that has no time limit), which gives me total of 6 summons including the drake. I murder all the Xaurips by initating combat and by the time she arrives, they are all dead and my chanter has enough chants to summon a drake (it takes 5 chants). In any case, they weren't even able to pull off any damage on my party. either out of sheer Aoe Damage or they didn't follow the dragon at all and automatically died when I killed her. Note: The Adragan took time following her and died further away. Once I got close to the Xaurips combat was initiated, but they weren't hostile yet (they only become hostile once the dragon makes contact with us, but getting to the xaurips takes her time). Once I got back I sneaked around her (on the far right, or towards the bottom of your screen and went towards her hoard (loot). I first went (after encountering the Adra Dragon and choosing the required dialogue options) and did the dragon's quest but didn't kill Falanroen, for which she was thankful (I would hope) and rewarded me with the Scale-Breaker Talent, It's a good debuff and can help in defeating her.
